Norrenberger Asset Management Limited is seeking a Finance Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of financial management within the organization. The Finance Manager will handle corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, tax management, and performance management, while providing strategic support to the CFO and senior management. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional with strong analytical skills and experience in asset management to make a significant impact.

Responsibilities

• Manage corporate accounting and ensure accurate financial records.
• Prepare regulatory and financial reports in compliance with industry standards.
• Develop and manage budgets and financial forecasts.
• Oversee tax administration and ensure compliance.
• Support performance management processes and provide insights to senior management.
• Act as a financial consultant to the CFO and other senior managers.
• Monitor and optimize financial processes and systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Minimum of 6 years’ experience in finance roles.
• Professional certifications (CFA, ACA, ACCA) are an advantage.
• Experience in an Asset Management firm is required.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced Microsoft Excel.
