Job Description
Lead Nexi’s Large & Key Accounts (LAKA) sales team in Sweden. Drive growth, manage front- and back-book sales, implement commercial strategies, and foster a high-performance, customer-first culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and accelerate LAKA Sales team performance
- Own front- and back-book sales, retention, and P&L objectives
- Set and implement LAKA strategy and commercial plans
- Define KPIs, monitor performance, and drive operational excellence
- Collaborate with teams across Sweden, Nordics, and Group functions
Identify market opportunities and implement innovative top-line strategies
Requirements:
- Strong leadership experience in payments or related industries
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies
- Track record in complex, multi-national environments
- Fluent in English & Swedish (additional European language a plus)
- Strategic thinker with problem-solving and data-driven decision skills
