Job Description

HealthPlus Limited is seeking motivated and detail oriented pharmacists to join our team across multiple locations, including Lagos (Lekki, Ikoyi, Lagos Island, Apapa, Ogudu, Magodo, Ikeja, Olowora), Enugu, Ibadan, and Port Harcourt. The role involves supporting pharmacy operations in clinical, hospital, and retail settings, ensuring accurate dispensing of medications, providing patient counseling, managing inventory, and supporting business operations. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong clinical knowledge, organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently in hospital and retail settings.
• Provide patient counseling and clinical advice on proper medication usage and safety.
• Support inventory management, ensuring stock availability and proper record keeping.
• Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail in all pharmacy operations.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
• Assist in implementing and adhering to clinical and regulatory standards.
• Support business operations by understanding basic business knowledge and pharmacy workflows.
• Utilize pharmacy software and Microsoft Office tools to manage records and reports.
• Multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Pharmacy degree with provisional license.
• Strong knowledge in Clinical Pharmacotherapeutics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Understanding of basic business knowledge and inventory management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and pharmacy software.
• Experience in hospital or retail pharmacy is preferred.
