Job Description
Gender Equality, Peace and Development Centre (GEPaDC) is recruiting an Educator Sector Information Management Officer to provide technical information management support to the Education in Emergencies Working Group (EiEWG). The role focuses on the systematic collection, analysis, and dissemination of education-related humanitarian data to support coordination, reporting, advocacy, and evidence-based decision-making at national and sub-national levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, analyse, and disseminate EiE sector data
- Support EiEWG coordination, reporting, and information systems
- Contribute to HNO, HRP, and ECW-related processes
- Develop and maintain IM tools, dashboards, and reporting frameworks
- Support partners with timely and accurate education data
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field
- 2–3 years’ experience in humanitarian information management
- Experience supporting sector/cluster coordination is an advantage
- Strong data analysis, reporting, and coordination skills
- Nigerian nationals only (female candidates and persons with disabilities are encouraged to apply)
