What You’ll Do:
- Lead by Example: Assist your team with clearing tables, bartending, and delivering excellent service to guests.
- Mentorship: Guide Front of House teams to consistently provide exceptional customer experiences.
- Culture Building: Foster a fun-first culture for both staff and guests to enhance the overall atmosphere.
- Operational Support: Assist the Venue General Manager in achieving Front of House operational and financial goals.
- Cost Management: Monitor labor costs and cost of goods (COGs) to maximize department profitability.
- Area Oversight: Oversee amusement and redemption areas, ensuring maintenance, cleanliness, and guest engagement.
- Revenue Generation: Promote upselling and execute marketing initiatives to drive revenue.
- Event Planning:Plan and run memorable events and functions to enhance guest experiences.
- Team Development: Recruit, select, and develop exceptional team members.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Maintain the venue’s appearance, atmosphere, and guest satisfaction as a brand ambassador.
What You’ll Bring:
- Positive Attitude: An infectious enthusiasm and a can-do approach to managing teams and operations.
Leadership Experience: Proven experience in hospitality leadership roles.
- Financial Acumen: Understanding of venue financials to drive profitability.
- Hands-On Management: A proactive and hands-on approach to team management.
Certifications: Valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) and Approved Manager’s Card.
Relevant Experience: Previous experience in arcades or bowling venues is a plus, but not required.
