Job Description

Oilserv Limited is recruiting an Infrastructure & Cloud Engineer to take charge of the day-to-day supervision, administration, and operational support of the Oilserv Group’s ICT infrastructure. The role ensures high availability, security, and performance of cloud, network, and server environments while providing first-level SAP BASIS support and supporting service delivery across locations.

Key Responsibilities

•  Administer and monitor AWS and Microsoft Azure environments for availability, performance, and cost efficiency
•  Manage SAP cloud servers, system availability, OS-level checks, backups, and escalations
•  Supervise physical servers, virtualization, patching, and lifecycle management
•  Conduct routine system health checks, capacity monitoring, and performance tuning
•  Manage enterprise network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, WiFi, VPN, firewalls, routers, switches)
•  Ensure network security, access control, segmentation, and high availability
•  Troubleshoot infrastructure incidents and support disaster recovery and restoration
•  Provide first-level SAP BASIS support, including user and role administration
•  Document incidents, root causes, changes, and resolutions
•  Support ICT security policies, vulnerability management, and compliance
•  Maintain technical documentation, diagrams, SOPs, and runbooks
•  Supervise junior technical staff and support skills development

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
• 3–5 years’ experience in infrastructure, cloud, or systems administration
• Hands-on experience with AWS and/or Microsoft Azure
• Experience supporting enterprise networks and physical servers
• Basic SAP BASIS and user administration knowledge
• Relevant certifications (AWS, Azure, Windows/Linux, SAP BASIS) are an advantage
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
