Role Highlights:

•  Architect and scale backend systems handling millions of workflows in real-time
•  Deliver sub-second performance across thousands of concurrent operations
•  Lead technical innovation and mentor a senior engineering team

What they’re looking for:

• Expert-level Python (async, distributed systems, high-performance databases)
•  Commercial AI/ML experience
•  SaaS experience
•  Distributed systems & scalable architecture expertise
•  Strong performance engineering and systems design skills

Compensation: £100k–£130k + equity + benefits
