Third Space is a collection of luxury health clubs in London, known for exceptional fitness spaces and premium member experience. They are hiring a Member Concierge to serve as the first point of contact for members, delivering five-star customer service in a luxury environment.
This role is ideal for individuals passionate about hospitality, fitness, and member experience, with opportunities for growth within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist members as first point of contact
• Deliver outstanding customer service under pressure
• Maintain high service standards aligned with brand values
• Work early and late shifts (5:00 – 22:30)
• Support smooth front-of-house club operations
