PropFizer is hiring a results driven Sales and Client Acquisition Manager to lead client growth and revenue expansion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing acquisition strategies, identifying new markets, closing deals, and building long term client relationships while leveraging data and market insights to drive performance.
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement client acquisition and growth strategies
• Identify new markets and conduct market research
• Source and target potential clients through networking and digital channels
• Present products/services, prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals
• Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams and provide guidance
• Monitor KPIs, analyze acquisition metrics, and report performance
• Track industry trends and competitor strategies
Requirements
• Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and deal closing skills
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Ability to use data and metrics to optimize acquisition campaigns
• Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing tools
• Strong relationship building and networking skills
• Must reside on the Island
