Customer Success Analyst

Job Description

TestAssessify is seeking a detail oriented Customer Success Analyst to support customer operations and ensure seamless service delivery. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal teams to monitor customer success metrics, support project execution, and help improve customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
• Support customer success and operations processes
• Track customer interactions and ensure timely follow-ups
• Assist with project coordination and operational reporting
• Maintain accurate documentation and records
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
• Monitor customer success metrics and performance indicators
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements

Requirements
• Must have completed NYSC
• 1–2 years experience in operations, customer success, or project support
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• High attention to detail and strong problem solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast paced environment
