Job Description

Fadac Resources is seeking a highly organized and professional Administrative Assistant to support day to day office operations in Lagos. The ideal candidate will provide administrative and clerical support, ensure smooth workflow within the office, and assist with coordination and communication across teams. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to the office
  • Manage correspondence, emails, and office documentation
  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems
  • Support scheduling, meetings, and internal coordination
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required
  • Ensure smooth day to day office operations
  • Liaise professionally with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Handle confidential information with discretion

Requirements

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc) in any relevant field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Adaptability and resourcefulness in handling unexpected tasks
  • Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
