Job Description
Fauna is seeking a smart, reliable, and customer focused Customer Service Representative to handle customer interactions, provide support, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when necessary
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions
- Support the team in achieving customer satisfaction targets
- Carry out other customer support duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum of HND or Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills
- Proximity to Ijora Olopa, Lagos is essential
- Prior experience is an added advantage but not required
