Job Description

Vertex Realty Solutions Limited is seeking a highly organized and detail oriented HR and Administrative Officer to support the company’s human resources and administrative operations. The role requires a professional who can manage HR processes, maintain administrative efficiency, and uphold confidentiality while supporting day to day office activities in a fast paced real estate environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support daily HR operations, including employee records and documentation.
  • Assist with recruitment coordination and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain accurate personnel files and HR databases.
  • Handle administrative tasks and support office operations.
  • Ensure confidentiality of employee and company information.
  • Support implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist management with scheduling, reporting, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate internal communication and administrative logistics.
