Responsibilities
- Support daily HR operations, including employee records and documentation.
- Assist with recruitment coordination and onboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate personnel files and HR databases.
- Handle administrative tasks and support office operations.
- Ensure confidentiality of employee and company information.
- Support implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Assist management with scheduling, reporting, and correspondence.
- Coordinate internal communication and administrative logistics.
