Job Description

Trade Lenda is seeking a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer to support the design, development, and maintenance of scalable digital banking systems for SMEs. The successful candidate will play a key role in building and maintaining backend services, supporting multiple brands under the Trade Lenda ecosystem, and working closely with the CTO to deliver reliable, high performance applications in a fast paced fintech environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend systems and APIs using GoLand and JavaScript.
• Support the architecture and performance of applications across Trade Lenda, One Kiosk, and subsidiaries.
• Collaborate with the CTO to implement technical solutions and best practices.
• Mentor and coach junior developers, promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and system reliability.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
• Contribute to documentation and technical planning activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 2–3 years of professional experience in backend or full stack development.
• Proficiency in GoLand and JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of backend architecture, APIs, and databases.
• Experience working in agile or fast-paced development environments.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a technical team.
