Type: Full-time

Ogilvy Health is seeking an experienced Account Manager to support a high-priority, fast-paced medical communications account. You’ll lead diverse medical/brand initiatives, manage internal teams, and drive strategic delivery with measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Lead project delivery across medical & commercial communication initiatives
•  Coordinate internal teams and client communications
•  Ensure scientific accuracy & compliance in content
•  Manage budgets, forecasts, and invoicing
•  Support and mentor junior team members

What You’ll Bring:

•  Experience in a medical communications/education agency
•  Understanding of pharmaceutical industry & drug development
•  Strong project management in regulated environments
•  Comfort working with clinicians & pharma stakeholders
•  Familiarity with ABPI / Sunshine Act compliance
•  Budgeting and financial oversight experience
