📍Remote (USA) – open to candidates in AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, LA, MD, MO, MS, NC, ND, NE, NM, NV, OR, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT

Time Type: Full-time

Join the Cable One family to proactively and reactively monitor the Cable One backbone and HFC network. Serve as the first point of contact for network issues, troubleshooting, and escalation, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor all network sites and analyze monitoring tools for potential issues.
•  Respond to alerts and incidents, performing initial troubleshooting.
•  Escalate complex issues to technology operations teams and local system technicians.
•  Maintain detailed logs of incidents and resolutions.
•  Communicate status updates to stakeholders and ensure proper handover between shifts.

Qualifications:

•  Minimum 3 months related experience or training; Network Operations experience preferred.
•  Flexible to work alternate shifts to support a 24/7 operation.
•  Ability to work under pressure.
•  Cisco Certified Technician (CCT) preferred.
•  Basic knowledge of modems and networking preferred.
