Type: Full-time

Join TELUS Health as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive the initial stages of the sales funnel, qualify leads efficiently, and ensure smooth transition from marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) to sales-qualified leads (SQLs).

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Fast lead handover: Qualify MQLs quickly and ensure seamless handoff to sales.
  •  Lead qualification & follow-up: Engage inbound and outbound leads, attend events, and initiate next   steps in sales.
  •  Generate interest & build relationships: Understand prospects’ needs and provide tailored solutions.
  •  Research & targeting: Identify key decision-makers and develop personalised outreach strategies.
  •  Database management: Maintain accurate, actionable prospect information in CRM.
  •  Collaborate with sales teams: Support smooth handover and provide insights about prospects.
  •  Provide feedback to marketing: Share observations to improve lead generation quality.
  •  Use Salesforce to manage leads, track tasks, and report performance metrics.

What You Bring:

  •  Proven sales development experience with lead qualification expertise.
  •  Outbound & inbound experience handling high-volume calls and emails.
  •  CRM proficiency, preferably Salesforce.
  •  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  •  Goal-oriented with proven ability to meet KPIs.
  •  Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple leads efficiently.
  •  Ability to collaborate with marketing and sales teams.
  •  Experience with Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), insurance, or group benefits is a plus.
