📍Fully remote, UK

Lead efficiency, scalability, and innovation across international teams. You’ll oversee HR, Talent, Finance, and Office operations while partnering with the COO to deliver operational strategy.

Requirements:

•  10+ years’ experience in Operations leadership (global/multi-function)
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law & compliance
•  Analytical, detail-driven, results-focused
•  Experience leading diverse teams across regions/time zones
•  Strategic thinker with growth-enabling mindset

Responsibilities:

•  Lead and optimise operations across UK, US, and India
•  Oversee HR, Talent, Finance, and Office teams
•  Drive culture, engagement, and employee experience initiatives
•  Manage budgets, KPIs, and operational efficiency
•  Ensure continuous improvement, compliance, and scalability
