📍Fully remote, UK
Lead efficiency, scalability, and innovation across international teams. You’ll oversee HR, Talent, Finance, and Office operations while partnering with the COO to deliver operational strategy.
Requirements:
-  10+ years’ experience in Operations leadership (global/multi-function)
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law & compliance
- Â Analytical, detail-driven, results-focused
- Â Experience leading diverse teams across regions/time zones
- Â Strategic thinker with growth-enabling mindset
Responsibilities:
- Â Lead and optimise operations across UK, US, and India
- Â Oversee HR, Talent, Finance, and Office teams
- Â Drive culture, engagement, and employee experience initiatives
- Â Manage budgets, KPIs, and operational efficiency
- Â Ensure continuous improvement, compliance, and scalability
