Tandem Health is transforming healthcare with an AI assistant designed to support clinicians by generating notes, certificates, referrals, and more — directly from consultation conversations. As they expand across the UK, they’re seeking a Clinical Implementation Specialist to ensure clinicians get the maximum value from Tandem’s technology.

Key Responsibility

•  Lead rollouts: guide clinicians through onboarding, training, and successful adoption of Tandem.
•  Optimise usage: refine prompts, identify workflow improvements, and relay key insights to   engineering.
•  Champion clinicians: build trusted relationships, develop “super users,” and create powerful case     studies.
•  Support growth: participate in demos, represent Tandem at events, and collaborate with commercial teams.

Requirements:

•  Clinical background (FY1/FY2 doctors, nurses, AHPs, physician associates, etc.).
•  Strong passion for technology and AI in healthcare.
•  Excellent communication and collaboration across clinical + technical teams.
•  Organised, proactive, and eager to learn.
•  Flexibility to travel frequently and support onsite deployments.

Benefits

•  Understanding of UK/EU digital health regulatory standards.
•  Previous experience with implementation or customer-facing rollouts.
