📍 United Kingdom — Fully Remote
Glass Atlas is hiring a Client Delivery Manager to join their Commerce Technology division. In this role, you’ll serve as the main client contact, manage retainer engagements and small projects, ensure smooth delivery, and support client satisfaction, growth, and long-term account health.
 Key Responsibility:
- Â Own client relationships across multiple retainers
- Â Lead check-ins, QBRs, planning sessions & strategic reviews
- Â Manage end-to-end delivery of e-commerce retainers & small projects
- Â Build and maintain monthly roadmaps with engineering teams
- Â Run timelines, scopes, budgets & delivery plans
- Â Keep Jira and workflow tools fully up to date
- Â Identify risks, manage blockers, and escalate when necessary
- Â Coordinate with design, QA, development, and resourcing
- Â Monitor budgets, prepare change requests & forecast revenue
Requirements:
- Â 3+ years in account or delivery management (preferably in an e-commerce agency)
- Â Strong communication & client relationship skills
- Â Understanding of development lifecycles
- Â Experience with Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce or similar
- Â Knowledge of Jira or equivalent tools
- Â Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects
- Â Based in the UK + able to attend client meetings when needed
