Job Description
📍 Azcapotzalco, Ciudad de México, Mexico (Hybrid)
This key IT administration position focuses on maintaining critical Fraud systems, ensuring compliance with internal policies, and coordinating governance and risk management activities across multiple applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Â Coordinate Disaster Recovery (DRE) plans with vendors, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
- Â Manage and document Service Continuity Testing (SCOTT) and periodic service reviews.
- Conduct Application Reviews and secure sign-offs from business owners.
- Â Perform Vulnerability Assessments (TRMF) to improve system resilience.
- Review IT Compliance Engine (ICE) scores and maintain business user access (AMRP/IDAM).
- Conduct periodic data backup testing (BRETT) and Business Impact Analysis (BIA).
- Ensure Change Requests are compliant and do not negatively impact ICE scores.
- Maintain governance, risk, and control standards across all supported applications.
Qualifications:
- Â Degree in Computer Science or IT-related discipline.
- 5+ years of software development, deployment, or support experience.
- Â 2+ years of Java/UNIX experience preferred.
- Proficient in English (Advanced C1).
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Visio, and client/business communications a plus.
- Â Immediate right to work locally preferred.
