Head of Laka Commercial

Job Description

Lead Nexi’s Large & Key Accounts (LAKA) sales team in Sweden. Drive growth, manage front- and back-book sales, implement commercial strategies, and foster a high-performance, customer-first culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Lead and accelerate LAKA Sales team performance
  •  Own front- and back-book sales, retention, and P&L objectives
  •  Set and implement LAKA strategy and commercial plans
  • Define KPIs, monitor performance, and drive operational excellence
  • Collaborate with teams across Sweden, Nordics, and Group functions

Identify market opportunities and implement innovative top-line strategies

Requirements:

  •  Strong leadership experience in payments or related industries
  •  Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies
  •  Track record in complex, multi-national environments
  • Fluent in English & Swedish (additional European language a plus)
  • Strategic thinker with problem-solving and data-driven decision skills
